摘要
什么是管理创新,一直在学术界和企业界没有较为统一的论述,基于此,从企业创新体系出发,在明确管理刨新在企业发展中的重要地位的基础上,对企业管理创新的概念及内容做了较为系统的界定。认为企业管理创新是企业为更加有效地利用资源和提升组织绩效,进而实现组织系统预定目标而对企业原有管理活动或过程进行有效的变革;在企业发展中,管理创新较技术创新更重要。
What is management innovation,is not a more unified discourse for academia and business at all times.The thesis makes a more systemic definition of the concept and content of enterprise management innovation,starting from the enterprise innovation system,and clearing in an important position for management innovation in the enterprise development.Enterprise management innovation is effective change the enterprise original management activities or management process,in order to use of resources effectively and improve organizational performance,thus achieving organizational systems intended target.Management innovation is more important than technological innovation in enterprise development.
