摘要
本文的目的是探究员工的信息隐私感知对其工作组织感情承诺的影响,以及集体主义认同度和性别差异对这种影响的调节作用。通过调查320名中国员工后发现,信息隐私感知中,信息处理控制感知与感情承诺正相关。此外,对于女性员工而言,集体主义认度同高,信息处理控制感知和感情承诺之间的关系则弱,集体主义认度同低,信息处理控制感知和感情承诺之间的关系则强。而对于男性员工而言,信息处理控制感知和感情承诺之间的关系强度不会随集体主义认同度的高低变化而变化。
The purpose of this study is to examine the impacts of employees' perceptions of information privacy on their affective commitment to their employing organizations.By surveying 320 Chinese employees,it can found that among their perceptions of information privacy,perceived control over personal information handling is positively related to affective commitment.Furthermore,the relationship is moderated by individuals' espoused collectivism and gender such that,as the level of espoused collectivism changes from high to low,the relationship turns negative to positive for female employees,but the relationship does not alter significantly for male employees.
