摘要
文章以医院门诊预约服务为研究背景,以系统收益与患者候诊成本、科室的空闲成本和加班成本的差作为目标效用,建立带有爽约患者的医疗预约系统联合计划与调度问题模型。当候诊成本与加班成本为单调非减的凸函数时,本文证明目标函数是多模函数,并基于多模函数的性质,给出求解该类问题最优解的精确算法。数值实验显示最优调度策略超额预定首个时段,且患者爽约概率对最优调度方案中超额预定比例、目标效用值、医院空闲成本、加班成本以及患者的候诊成本有显著影响,研究结果对于医院预约系统的设计和评估有指导意义。
The joint capacity and appointment scheduling problem is constructed in this paper considering no-show patients with the objective utility defined as the total revenue of all patients minus the cost of waiting,idleness and tardiness for outpatient clinic.Under the assumption of monotonic non-decreasing and convex function of waiting time and overtime,the multimodularity of the objective function is proved,based on which an exact algorithm converging to the optimal schedule is proposed.Numerical experiments indicate that all the optimal solution will overbook the first interval,and the percentage of overbooked intervals,utility value,idleness,tardiness and waiting time of the patients are very sensitive to the no-show probability.The research results provide insights about the design and evaluation of appointment scheduling system.
