基尼系数赋权法及其在生活质量评价中的应用研究

The Application of Gini Coefficient in the Comprehensive Evaluation of Life Quality

根据生活质量的内涵以及国内外典型机构和专家学者的研究成果,通过指标的海选、筛选和理性分析构建了生活质量评价指标体系。根据基尼系数的经济学意义对评价指标进行客观赋权,并对辽宁省14地区的生活质量发展状况进行实证分析。本文的主要创新与特色有两点:一是利用国民幸福指数、基尼系数等指标建立了一套以人为本的生活质量评价指标体系;二是利用基尼系数确定评价指标的客观权重,建立基于基尼系数客观赋权的生活质量评价模型,并以辽宁省14地区为例进行了实证研究,分析了影响生活质量的因素。

According to the connotation of Life Quality,the comprehensive Life Quality evaluation index system was constructed through the selection,screening and rational analysis of Life Quality indicators in this paper.the weight obtained by Gini Coefficient empowering way reflects a train of thought that the greater the difference between different data of the same index,the bigger the weight will be.And then this model is used to analyze the development of 14 regions in Liaoning province.The contribution characteristics lie on two aspects.Firstly,through Gross National Happiness,the Gini coefficient,and other indicators reflecting the Quality of Life.Secondly,a new objective weighting method called Gini coefficient weight is raised,which is based on the perspective of economic.This new method preferably reflects the volatility of single indexical information and difference degree.
