摘要
本文选取了数据包络分析模型(DEA)对中国6家上市机场进行效率研究,运用上市机场2009年至2013年的数据进行了横向的测算和比较,对机场的成本效率、规模效率、技术效率与X效率进行了全面分析。得出了以下主要结论:机场的成本效率除上海和北京机场,其余4家都达到了50%以上,厦门空港最高;上市机场的纯技术效率都处于较高水平,厦门空港和美兰机场的技术水平都处于前沿面上,相比其他4家上市机场来说,在技术效率上有优势;厦门空港具有最高的资源配置效率,上海机场和北京机场的配置效率最低,这主要源于其高资本投入与低产出的综合影响,从侧面也反应了其对资源的配置能力较低;厦门空港和美兰机场具有较高的X效率。并进一步提出促进上市机场效率提升的路径和方向。
The data envelopment analysis(DEA)model of six Chinese listed airport of efficiency research is selected,using the airports listed from 2009 to 2013data horizontally calculate and compared to the airport in the cost efficiency,scale efficiency,technical efficiency and X efficiency were comprehensive analysis.X of a low technology level reached the following main conclusions:the airport cost efficiency in addition to Shanghai and Beijing airport,and the remaining four have reached 50%above,Xiamen airport is the highest;listed airport of pure technical efficiency at a high level,Xiamen airport and Meilan Airport in frontier,compared to the other four listed airport in technical efficiency advantage;Xiamen airport has the highest of resource allocation efficiency,Shanghai airport and Beijing airport's allocation efficiency is the lowest,which mainly due to its high capital investment and low comprehensive effect,from the side also reflects the resources disposition ability;Xiamen airport and Meilan Airport has a high efficiency.path and direction of promoting the efficiency of the listed airports is also proposed.
