基于扩展DEA的物流业能源效率评价研究

Study on Energy Efficiency Evaluation of Logistics Industry Based on Extended DEA

按照全要素能源效率的概念,重点考虑不同能源投入约束,对传统DEA模型进行了扩展,其目标函数为极大化产出比例与某项能源投入比例之比,约束条件中除考虑一般投入量约束外,还同时强调能源投入径向节约和产出径向增加。以合肥市468家物流企业所属的14个行业为研究对象,以经济普查中的主营业务成本、水全年消耗量、电全年消耗量、燃料消耗量、二氧化碳排放量为投入指标,主营业务收入为产出指标,将扩展DEA模型用于合肥市物流企业能源利用效率评价,得出了水、电、燃料、碳排量等不同能源投入约束下各个行业有效、非有效、弱有效,以及相应的改进结论。

According to the concept of total factor energy efficiency,an extended DEA model focusing on different energy input constraints is defined.The objective function is to maximize the ratio of output proportion and input proportion of an energy.In the constraints,the radial saving of energy input and the radial increase of output also are stressed in addition to general input constraints.Take the 14 industries including 468 logistics enterprises in Hefei for example,the main business cost,the annual consumption of water,the annual consumption of electricity,the carbon dioxide emissions and the fuel consumption are chosen as input indicators,with the main business income chosen as output indicator from the economic census.The energy utilization efficiency of the logistics enterprises in Hefei are empirically evaluated by the extended DEA.Considering water,electricity,carbon dioxide emissions,fuel as different energy input constraints,the conclusions about efficiency,inefficiency,weak efficiency of each industry and the corresponding improvement are proposed.
