摘要
高技术产业是国民经济重要的经济增长点,原始创新是产业发展的根本动力。增强高技术产业原始创新能力是提升国家综合经济实力的必由之路。本文运用系统动力学分析了高技术产业原始创新系统的内在因果关系及作用机理,并通过Topsis法测算,从纵向和横向两方面对高技术产业原始创新能力进行评价,最后提出提升我国高技术产业原始创新能力的对策。
High-tech industry is an important economic growth point of the national economy,while original innovation is the radical power for industrial development.Enhancing the original innovation capability of high-tech industry is the way to enhance Chinese comprehensive economic strength.Based on system dynamics theory,the internal cause and function mechanism of original innovation system of high-tech industry are analyzed,and the original innovation capability is evaluated from direct and horizontal side through Topsis method.Finally the countermeasures of promoting the original innovation capability of Chinese high-tech industry it put forward.
