基于DEA的船舶信息资源配置效率评价研究

DEA Application in Assessment of Marine Information Resources Allocation Efficiency

信息资源合理配置是信息资源有效利用的前提,信息资源配置效率是衡量信息资源有效利用程度的重要标准。本文首先对船舶信息资源及其配置效率进行分析,在船舶行业信息化发展背景下,构建了船舶信息资源的投入产出指标体系,其次运用DEA方法建立了船舶信息资源配置的线性规划模型,最后根据EXCEL的计算结果,对船舶信息资源配置效率进行了评价,并给出了相关建议,为信息资源配置方面的研究提供了借鉴。

Rational disposition of information resources is the premise of effective utilization of information resources.Information resources allocation efficiency is an important criterion to measure the level of effective utilization of information resources.Firstly,under the background of shipbuilding industry development informationization,the marine information resources and their allocation efficiency are analyzed,the input and output index system of marine information resources are constructed.Secondly,the linear programming model of marine information resources allocation is established using DEA Method.Finally,according to the EXCEL calculation,shipping information resources allocation efficiency is evaluated,and recommendations for improving marine information resources allocation efficiency are provided.Some references for the research of information resource allocation are also proposed.
