基于生命周期的虚拟社区知识共享博弈分析

The Game Analysis of Virtual Community Knowledge Sharing Based on the Life Cycle

针对虚拟社区中成员之间的知识共享问题,文章引入生命周期的相关概念并在此基础上构建博弈模型进行分析。首先,文章将虚拟社区成员生命周期划分成了解、认同、承诺以及解体四个阶段;接下来,构建了认同阶段虚拟社区知识共享博弈模型,通过局部稳定性分析得出演化稳定策略并进行仿真分析;最后,在定性和定量的分析的基础上得出研究结论并提出相关管理建议。

In this paper,the concept of life cycle based on the different knowledge sharing willingness of the virtual community members in different stages is introduced. And firstly, the life cycle of virtual community members which are divided into understanding and identity, commitment, and the collapse of the four stages is defined. And then community knowledge sharing game model is construlted based on life cycle.Through the local stability analysis of each stage, the evolutionary stable strategy is obtained, and the simulation analysis is carried out. Finally the research conclusion is summarized on the basis of qualitative and quantitative analysis of and management suggestion comes up.
