基于利益协同的船舶企业外协用工管理模式浅析 被引量:2

摘要 船舶企业使用外协用工解决了船舶生产对工人的巨大需求问题,但同时外协用工的大量使用也带来了很多管理方面的问题。本文从利益协同的角度,对船舶企业的外协用工管理模式进行研究探讨。首先对船舶企业的生产管理基本形式,以及船舶企业和外协用工之间的利益协同关系进行阐述,然后根据船舶企业和外协员工之间利益协同的关系,将船舶企业的外协用工管理分为三种管理模式,并根据案例分析对比结果给出船舶企业和外协用工之间的利益协同的实现方式,为船舶企业生产管理决策提供参考。 . Using of temporary Labor has solved the problem of huge demand of workers for ship building in ship enterprises,but it brings some problems of management. In This paper,the labor management is studied from the perspective of benefit coordination between ship enterprise and temporary workers. The definition of ship production management and the relationship of benefit coordination between ship enterprises and temporary workers are described first,and then the labor management is divided into three modes according to relationship of benefit coordination between ship enterprise and temporary workers, and finally presents the realization methods of the benefit coordination based on case analysis and comparison. It will provide a reference for decision-making of production management.
