摘要
供应商如何改善库存管理水平,提高竞争力,网络零售商如何优化库存成本与运输成本,以获得更大的利润空间,已成为网购供应链中不可忽视的问题。本文在收益共享契约条件下,阐述多阶段优化供应商产品的库存数量策略,并按收益共享契约参数让供应商及网络零售商共同分摊运输费用,使得基于收益共享契约条件下双方的利润都大于传统网购供应链中的利润,并以实例分析验证了该模型给合作双方带来的经济效益,为更好的促进双方的合作提供了有效路径。
How to improve the level of vendor inventory management, enhance competitiveness,and how online retailers optimize inventory costs and transportation costs to obtain greater profitmargins cannot be ignored in online shopping supply chain. In this paper,under the condition ofrevenue sharing contract,the multi-stage optimization strategies of inventory number of vendorproducts are set forth. And the supplier and online retailer share the transportation costa accordingto the revenue sharing contract parameters.Therefore,dual profits under the conditions of revenuesharing contract are greater than that of the traditional online shopping supply chain. Furthermore, examples are used to verify that this model bring economic benefits to both sides and pro^ides aneffective path to better promote the cooperation.
