摘要
本文基于江苏省十三市经济与环境数据,对目前运用广泛的协调度模型进行分析并建立改进模型,借助改进后的模型计算十三市的经济环境协调度并对比,以提出经济与环境协调发展的设想。本文首先建立江苏省各市经济发展与环境质量的指标体系,借助主成分分析解决指标间的权重问题,将主成分得分作为新的数据带入模型以简化运算过程。对已有协调度模型进行评估后,基于多维效用并合模型的思想对模型进行修正,生成新的协调度模型。新模型能兼顾子系统的绝对发展程度和相对发展差距,消除了其他模型只能考虑其中一方或存在特殊情况的缺陷。混合模型灵活度高,适用于能透彻理解被研究系统、能准确定义参数的情况;距离规则模型适用于无法确定使用何种模型的情况,在信息较少的前提下准确程度较高。最后,借助新模型获得江苏十三市经济环境发展协调度排名,通过对比分析论证模型的可靠性并提出江苏省经济发展与环境质量协调发展的设想。
Using economic and environmental data of cities in Jiangsu Province, this article is to study and improve the wildly accepted coordination degree models,and put forward the idea of coordination development based on the data of coordination degree among 13 cities in Jiangsu, which is coming from the improved model. First,establish the index system of economic development along with environmental quality and collect related data. Then,do principal component analysis to solve the problem of index weight. Based on the principal component scores, the calculation procedure can be simplified. Besides, evaluate the old models,and create new models based on the multidimensional utility mergence method. The new model can find the balance between absolute levels of development and relative levels of disparities, which means it can overcome the defects of other models. The mixed model is flexible and applies to the system which can be identified clearly. The distance rule model applies to the system which cannot be identified but still ensures high accuracy. Finally,we rank the cities according to their coordination degree which is coming from the improved model,and demonstrate the reliability of model by comparing and put forward the idea of coordination development between economic development and environmental quality in Jiangsu Province.
