摘要
以中国目前高速公路普遍应用的速度控制设施为研究对象,分别选取了限速标志、摄像头、横向减速标线3种速度控制设施,在综合交通事故数据分析的基础上,对3种限速设施的上、下游交通流的大、小车运行速度、运行速度标准差、20 km·h^(-1)速度差幅度车辆比例进行对比分析;通过对前、后车辆速度变化的显著性检验分析,研究了道路线形几何特点、交通流构成、交通流速度、限速方法与速度控制设施对车辆运行速度的影响。结果表明:监控摄像头对驾驶员遵守限速行车有显著影响;限速标志与道路警告标志联合设置的效果显著优于限速标志单独设置;上述3种限速设施的实施效果均限于一定的范围内。
Speed limit sign,speed camera,transverse pavement markings were widely used on expressway as speed control devices in China.Based on overall analysis of accident data,the changes of operating speed,standard deviation and vehicle proportion of speed deviation range in 20 km·h-1 pace of three kinds of speed control devices were compared.The statistical significant tests were conducted to evaluate the influence of speed limit sign,speed camera and transverse pavement markings on operating speed.Results show that speed camera has greater effect on speed limit than others.The speed limit sign combined with road warning sign has greater effect on speed limit than the speed limit sign.Anyway,there are no influences on the operating speed while it is far from locations of the devices.
