摘要
我国红枣资源丰富,但综合利用率较低。本文综述了红枣的营养成分,概括了目前红枣的综合利用途径,在此基础上,提出了红枣产品开发的方向,为提高红枣的综合利用率提供建议。
We are rich in jujube resources in China, but the comprehensive utilization of jujube is low. In this paper, the author summarized the nutritional contents and the current utilization ways of jujube. On this basis, the development direction of jujube product was proposed, in order to improve the comprehensive utilization of jujube.
