摘要
甘肃天水"花牛"苹果其形、色、味和耐贮性均赶上或超过了美国"蛇果",是国内唯一能同美国蛇果相媲美的苹果品牌。本文简述了提高"花牛"苹果品质的技术措施,以期给当地果农生产提供帮助,实现当地名优果品的健康可持续发展。
The shape, color, taste and storability of Gansu Tianshui "Huaniu apple" are to catch up with and surpass the USA"delicious",and it is the only comparable with America delicious apple brand. In this paper, the author describes the technical measures to improve the quality "Huaniu apple",in order to help local farmers production,and to realize the healthy and sustainable development of the place name excellent.
