摘要
探讨采后ClO2处理对厚皮甜瓜粉霉病的控制效果。以’玛瑙’厚皮甜瓜为试材,用100 mg/L ClO2浸泡处理果实10 min,研究其对粉红单端孢(Trichothecium roseum)损伤接种果实发病率和病斑直径的影响,探讨部分作用机理。结果表明,ClO2处理明显降低了损伤接种果实的发病率和病斑直径,提高了果实体内苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)、过氧化物酶(POD)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)活性,促进了总酚、类黄酮、木质素含量的积累。综上所述,采后(ClO2处理可以通过激活苯丙烷代谢,提高POD、PPO活性来有效诱导厚皮甜瓜果实对粉霉病的抗性。
To investigate the control effect of postharvest ClO2 treatment on pink rot of muskmelons.The muskmelon cultivar’Agate’was used as material.The fruit were dipped with 100 mg/L ClO2 for 10 min,and the inhibitory effect of the chemical was assayed on incidence and lesion diameter of fruit inoculated with Trichothecium roseum,and involved mechanism was explored.The results showed that ClO2 treatment significantly reduced the incidence and the lesion diameter of inoculated fruit,increased the activity of phenylalanine ammonia lyase,peroxidase and polyphenol oxidase,and promoted the accumulation of total phenols,flavonoids and lignin in fruit.It is suggested that postharvest ClO2 treatment effectively induced resistance against pink rot of muskmelon fruit by activating phenylpropane metabolism and increasing POD and PPO activities.
