呼气阀配方设计及性能影响因素研究

Formula Design and Influence Factors on Properties of Exhalation Valve

摘要 采用天然橡胶为主体胶种,进行配方设计,并研究三种不同结构的呼气阀性能影响因素。结果表明,选用1号烟片胶为胶种,立德粉为填充体系,凡士林为增塑体系,Zn O+次磺酰胺类+噻唑类+S为硫化体系,RD为防老剂,该配方物理机械性能好,能满足呼气阀逆向气密性和呼气阻力性能指标要求;三种不同产品结构对呼气阻力和逆向气密性均有影响,对于同一种结构的模具,模具厚度越小,呼气阻力也越小。非等厚伞形呼气阀和非等厚塔形呼气阀更适合电动送风式防毒面具。 Formula was designed by using natural rubber as the main rubber material,and the influence factors of exhalation valves with three structures were investigated. The results showed that,when choose No.1 smoked sheet rubber as the main rubber material,lithopone as the filling system,Vaseline as the plasticizing system,Zinc oxide,sulfenamide,thiazole and sulfur as the vulcanizing system,RD as the aging resistance system,the physical and mechanical properties was good,the performance targets of reverse air tightness and exhalation resistance were fulfilled in this formula; this two performance also influenced by the three different product structures. For the same mould structure,the less thickness of the mould,the lower exhalation resistance it has. The non-equal thickness umbrella exhalation valve and the non-equal thickness tower-shaped exhalation valve fit electric air-supply gas mask more.
