汽车企业物流外包风险与防范对策研究
摘要
随着市场经济的不断发展,社会分工越趋于细致化,极大地带动了汽车行业的发展及模式的转变,同时也促进了第三方物流企业的快速发展。市场商机稍纵即逝,需要企业具有快速响应能力,这样就为外包带来了发展契机,在汽车企业更需要提升供应链管理模式,将非核心业务外包。文章对汽车企业物流外包风险及防范对策进行了研究。
