摘要 China has begun levying consumption tax on fuel oil and naphtha since January 1st,2008,the Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Taxation jointly released.Under the new tax scheme,rates are RMB0.2 per liter for naphtha,solvent oil and lube;RMB0.1 per liter for fuel oil.China imposes no consumption tax on this im-
