Sichuan Chemical Company Limited(SZ:000155) and Sichuan Lutianhua Company Lim-ited(SZ:000912) both announced on February 21st to be having discussions on major and unprecedented matters respectively.As such matters have great uncertainty and are sub-ject to further verification,public trade on shares of the two companies is suspended from February 21 st.It perhaps means that the long-prepared integration of chemical industry in Sichuan province has been inaugurated.
