摘要 Zhongjin Lingnan Nonfemet Co.,Ltd.(Zhongjin,SZ:000060) announced on May 8th it will acquire Australian miner Herald Resources Ltd.,through a 60/40 joint venture Tango Mining between Zhongjin and Indonesia’s PT Antam in Singapore.The deal has obtained approvals by govern-mental authorities both in China and Australia.
