摘要 On October 8th,2008 Shaanxi Jintai Chlor-Alkali Chemical Co.,Ltd.(Jintai Chlor-Alkali Chemical) commenced the construction of its second phase 200 000 t/a PVC(polyvinyl chloride) of 300 000 t/a PVC project in Mizhi County,Shaanxi province.With an investment of RMB2.6 billion,the second phase include 200 000 t/a PVC unit
