摘要
在田湾核电站一期工程中,俄供核安全三级仪表截止阀在调试期间多次出现泄漏现象,同时存在型号众多、价格昂贵、不利于备件储备和管理等缺点。基于俄供仪表截止阀在结构设计和制造质量方面存在的缺陷,通过论证核安全三级仪表截止阀国产化的必要性和可行性,江苏核电有限公司编制了《核安全三级仪表截止阀技术规格书》,用于指导国产核安全三级仪表截止阀的开发、研制工作。国产的阀门结构合理、外形美观、便于安装、手柄操作灵活,从根本上解决了俄供阀门内漏等质量问题,取得了良好的实践经验和显著的经济效益。
During Phase I construction of Tianwan Nuclear Power Station, leakage appeared in block valve of nuclear safety class 3 instrument supplied by Russian side. Meanwhile, disadvantages such as too many types of instruments and too high price for spare parts reservation and equipment management. In consideration of the defects in the structure design and manufacturing quality of the Russian supplied block valve, through necessity and feasibility demonstration for localization of the block valve, Jiangsu Nuclear Power Corporation elaborated'Technical Specification for the Block Valve of Nuclear Safety Class 3 Instrument', used as guidelines for development of the block valve. The localized valves have the advantages of reasonable structure, nice appearance, convenient for installation and with an operable handle; this solved the problems of internal leakage etc. of the Russian supplied valves, yielding good practices and economic benefit.
