摘要
基于核电厂反应堆冷却剂泵(简称主泵)的现场动平衡试验原理,描述了秦山二期扩建工程3、4号机组主泵在调试过程中发生振动高的异常情况,利用泵组自带振动监测系统,通过频谱分析和诊断,确定为不平衡故障,并采用现场动平衡法进行处理,使主泵振动状态达到良好水平的过程,为同类型主泵的动平衡处理提供了一定的借鉴经验。
Based on the principle of dynamic balancing of reactor coolant pump, the paper describes that when the high vibration status occurred for the reactor coolant pump, vibration spectrum is used to diagnose the unbalance fault via the vibration monitoring system, dynamic balancing process on site has been performed to reduce the reactor coolant pump vibration in a normal level during the commissioning operation of Qinshan II Unit 3 & 4, and the disposing experience is useful for the dynamic balancing of reactor coolant pump of the same type.
