摘要
桩靴是自升式钻井船主要受力结构之一,位于桩腿的下部,桩靴的作用是在钻井船升船状态时,作为支撑在桩腿与海底之间的基础。在升船状态下,整个船体以及桩腿的重量都通过3个桩靴传递到海底,桩靴的使用功能和受力特点决定了桩靴结构强度高,底部投影面积大,形状不规则。本文综合考虑了桩靴的使用功能和受力特点,抓住桩靴建造过程中的关键控制点,结合项目实施经验,对桩靴建造工艺在200英尺(60.96 m)自升式钻井船项目中的运用进行了总结分析。
The spud can is one of jack-up drilling vessel structures,located under the leg,the function of the spud can is as the basis of support in between the leg and seabed when the drilling ship is rising.State of the ship lifting,the weight of the entire hull and leg pass through three spud cans into the seabed,the function and mechanical characteristics of the spud can had decided the spud can structural with high-strength,big base projected area,and irregular shape.This paper considers the function and mechanical characteristics of the spud can,caught in the process of spud can critical control points,with project implementation experience,the paper summarizes the application analysis of spud can construction process in200 ft jack-up drilling vessel project.
