摘要
喷嘴是海底挖沟机中的重要元件,该文采用FLUENT软件对其进行数值模拟,对喷嘴的射流特点进行研究,分析了喷嘴进口压力、流量对射流冲击力衰减变化的影响。结果表明,射流在淹没情况下,对进口压力进行有效控制,可以形成理想的冲刷域,并产生良好的冲刷效果,能够达到工程应用的需要,可以有效提高挖沟机的工作效率。
Subsea trenching machine nozzle important components in this article studies based on FLUENT numerical simulating reveals the characteristics of Jet.Nozzle inlet pressure and flow are analyzed on the Jet impact force attenuation effects.Analysis of numerical simulation results showed that submerged Jet case,nozzle inlet pressure control in the right range,scour Jet can form a larger field,flushing effect is ideal,can meet the requirements.
