摘要
选取家电制造业11家上市创新型企业2007-2013年间的经验数据为样本,运用随机前沿分析模型,对我国创新型企业的创新效率及其影响因素进行了实证分析。结果表明,11家家电制造业上市创新型企业的创新效率不断改善,其中格力电器等企业的创新效率最高,而厦华电子等企业的创新效率最低。在创新效率的影响因素分析中,结果显示,设备新旧程度、企业规模、员工的激励水平对企业的创新效率具有显著的促进作用。最后,根据实证结果,提出了提升创新效率的对策建议。
T his paper took empirical data of 11 listed innovation‐oriented enterprises of home appliance industry during 2007-2013 as sample ,using the stochastic frontier analysis model to analyze innovation efficiency and its influencing factors of the innovative enterprises in China .T he results show ed that the in‐novation efficiency of 11 listed enterprises of home appliance w as improving continuously ,of w hich the in‐novation efficiency of Gree Appliances was the highest ,and that of Xia Hua Electronic Enterprise was the lowest .Analysis of the influencing factors of the innovation efficiency showed that the equipment condi‐tion ,enterprise scale and the incentives for employees play a significant role in promoting innovation effi‐ciency .Finally ,according to the empirical results ,this paper put forward a few suggestions for promoting innovation efficiency .
