Waterproofing Technology Optimization for Integrated Enclosed Roof System of the Commercial Vehicle Logistics Center of Dalian Dongfeng Nissan

大连东风日产商品车物流中心屋面项目选用了PVC卷材封闭式一体化防水施工方案,采用了PVC防水卷材、玻镁防火板、聚苯乙烯挤塑板与压型钢板结合的结构层次,机械固定的基础上运用了各种节点预制件(复合钢板),保证了屋面更好的工程整体性与防水性。

Integrated closed-type PVC membrane waterproofing construction plan is adopted for the roof of Commercial Vehicle Logistics Center of Dalian Dongfeng Nissan. Of the system, PVC waterproofing membrane, magnesium fireproof board, polystyrene extruded sheet and profiled steel sheet are used as the structural layers. Mechanical fastening along various prefabricated detail parts(clad steel plate)guaranteed the roof system’s integrity and waterproofness.
