目前很多金属屋面存在漏水现象,是由于前些年金属屋面设计仅靠屋面钢板本身结构刚性防水,中间没有设计柔性的高分子防水层,金属屋面在细部节点处理很难做到完全密封,造成渗漏而给生产生活带来影响。本文分析了金属屋面渗漏的原因,介绍了采用EPDM系统修补的解决方案。

In the previous years, the metal roof design simply relied on the rigid waterproofing of the roof steel structure itself.Now, many of those roofs have leakage due to lack of flexible polymer waterproofing layer. It is difficult to completely seal the details of metal roof, so leakage will happen at these areas and people’s production and living will be affected. This article analyzes the causes of metal roof leakage and introduces the solution of EPDM system.
