点阵超脉冲CO_2激光联合重组人表皮生长因子凝胶治疗痤疮萎缩性瘢痕的临床观察 被引量:22

摘要 目的 探讨点阵超脉冲C0O_2激光联合应用重组人表皮生长因子凝胶治疗痤疮萎缩性瘢痕的疗效及安全性。方法经点阵超脉冲CO_2激光治疗痤疮萎缩性瘢痕患者54例,分为试验组和对照组,每组患者27例。试验组使用自制冷水冰袋冷敷20min,联合重组人表皮生长因子凝胶连续使用7 d;对照组不用,其余处理同试验组。3次治疗结束后观察萎缩性瘢痕改善积分、患者满意度及不良反应发生情况。结果试验组临床改善评分与对照组比较差异无显著意义(P>0.05),试验组患者满意度优于对照组(P<0.05),试验组炎症后色素沉着发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论点阵CO_2激光联合使用重组人表皮生长因子凝胶可减少术后不良反应的发生风险,提高患者满意度。 Objective To evaluate the effectiveness and safety to treat atrophic acne scars jointly with fractional ultra-pulse carbon-dioxide laser andrecombinant human epidermal growth factor(rh-EGF)gel.Methods Totally 54 post-acne patients with facial atrophy scars were enrolled in this study.After the treatment with fractional ultrapulse carbon-dioxide laser,the patients were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in the experiment group were given rhEGF gel to the face successively for 7 days,three times per day.Other modalities were applied to the control group except rh-EGF gel.The score of clinical scar improvement and degree of patients' comfort were measured semi-quantitatively.The post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation(PIH) rate was compared on day 30.Results The scores of clinical scar improvement were similar in the two groups(P > 0.05).Statistical differences between the two groups were observed in the degree of patient comfort(P < 0.05).Compared with the control group,the incidence rate of PIH was lower in experiment group(P < 0.05).Conclusions Combining fractional ultra-pulse carbon-dioxide laser and rh-EGF gel is effective for reducing side-effects and improving patientstsatisfaction.
