NB-UVB联合阿维A胶囊治疗银屑病的价值分析及对血管内皮细胞功能的影响

Value Analysis on Joint Application of NB-UVB and Avian A Capsule to Treat Poriasis and Its Effect on Vascular Endothelial Cell Functions

目的 观察窄谱中波紫外线(narrowband UVB,NB-UVB)联合阿维A胶囊治疗银屑病的临床价值。方法 回顾性分析2016年4月至2018年6月,银屑病患者134例的临床资料,按照不同的治疗方式分为研究组(n=67)与对照组(n=67)。对照组患者单纯采用阿维A胶囊进行治疗;研究组患者采用阿维A胶囊联合NB-UVB进行治疗,对比两组患者治疗后的总有效率、血清炎性细胞因子及血管内皮细胞水平,同时对治疗后的不良反应发生情况进行记录。结果 治疗后,研究组患者的血清白细胞介素-6(Lnterleukin-6,IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(Lnterleukin-8,IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)水平均明显低于对照组患者(P<0. 05)。治疗后,研究组患者治疗总有效率(89. 6%)明显高于对照组患者(70. 2%),对比存在统计学意义(P<0. 05)。治疗后,研究组患者的血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth Factor,VEGF)和一氧化氮(nitric oxide,NO)水平均明显低于对照组患者,对比存在统计学意义(P<0. 05)。研究组患者治疗后的不良反应发生率(8. 96%),与对照组患者(22. 4%)对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。结论 应用NB-UVB照射联合阿维A胶囊治疗银屑病的疗效肯定,不仅可以有效抑制患者的炎症反应,降低患者炎症细胞水平,而且可以抑制血管增生,逆转疾病的发展,同时治疗后的不良反应发生率较低、安全性较高,值得临床应用。

Objective To observe and analyze the clinical value of the combined application of narrow-band ultraviolet B(NB-UVB)and Avian A capsule to treat psoriasis.MethodsTotally 134 patients with psoriasis treated were retrospectively analyzed.The selected patients were divided into the study group(n=67)and control group(n=67)by treatment methods.The patients in the control group were treated solely with Avera capsule,and those in the study group with NB-UVB in addition.The clinical efficacy,serum indexes,vascular endothelial cell function and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared and analyzed.ResultsAfter the treatment,the serum levels of IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-alpha in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the total effective rate(89.6%)of the study group was significantly higher than that(70.2%)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of vascular endothelial growth factor and NO in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence(8.96%)of adverse reactions after treatment in the study group was significantly lower than that(22.4%)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionsThe effect to combine NB-UVB and Avian A capsule to treat psoriasis is affirmative.It will not only effectively inhibit the inflammatory reaction of patients and reduce the level of inflammatory cells,but also inhibit the proliferation of blood vessels and reverse the development of diseases.At the same time,the incidence of adverse reactions after treatment is low and the treament is safety.It is worthy of clinical application.
