摘要 目的了解2011年全国健康教育机构能力建设现状。方法以逐级填报调查表的形式对全国各级健康教育机构进行问卷调查,调查内容包括人员构成、机构设置和能力建设等。结果 2011年,全国34个省级健康教育机构中,14个省级健康教育所独立建制,全国共有健康教育专职业务人员6222人。7133名专业技术人员,男性3655人(51.24%),女性3478人(48.76%),平均年龄(40.6±9.5)岁;文化程度以大专(39.29%)和本科(38.52%)为主,研究生(硕士/博士)占3.81%;专业技术资格初级(35.12%),中级(36.63%),高级(11.86%)。全国各级健康教育机构专业技术人员共进修311人次,参加健康教育理论和技能培训班55 348人次,参加各类项目培训37 779人次。执行国际项目101个,国家级项目427个,省级项目468个,地市级项目287个,区县级项目184个。在国家级、省级、地市级报刊中分别发表的科普文章352篇、898篇、4223篇,在国家级期刊、省级期刊、地市级期刊分别发表的学术文章579篇、293篇、117篇。结论我国健康教育专业技术人员数量不足,人员结构配置不合理,需要进一步加强健康教育机构能力建设,提高整体素质。 Objective To study the capacity building of health education institutions in China in 2011. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted in health education institutions at all levels throughout the country,the questionnaire included the organization form,the personnel allocation,the capacity building and so on. Results In 2011,34 provincial professional health education institutions,14 of them were independent. There were 6222 health education full-time business personnel,7133 professional technical personnel,among of 3655 male( 51. 24%),3478 female( 48. 76%),the average year was 40. 6 ± 9. 5,the educational level was mainly junior college( 39. 29%) and undergraduate( 38. 52%)and the postgraduate was 3. 81%, the composition of professional and technical personnel: junior technical titles( 35. 12%),intermediate technical titles( 36. 63%) and senior technical( 11. 86%) respectively. The health education institutions at all levels professionals surveyed altogether held 311 study,55 348 health education theory and skills training,37 779 project training,carried out 101 international projects,427 national projects,468 provincial projects,287 prefectural projects and 184 district projects,published popular science articles in national,provincial,prefecture-level newspapers were 352,898 and 4223 respectively, and published academic papers in national, provincial, prefecture-level journals were 579,293 and 117 respectively. Conclusion The present professional and technical personnel in China showed insufficient in quantity and irrational in the personnel structure,the health education institutional capacity building needed to strengthen to improve the overall quality.
