摘要
目的研究高考学生感恩与适应取向心理健康之间的关系。方法采用《感恩问卷》和《中学生适应取向心理健康量表》对225名高考学生进行调查。结果高考学生的心理健康处于中等偏上水平;不同感恩组的高考学生在生活幸福(F=13.772,P<0.01)、乐于学习(F=6.245,P<0.01)、人际和谐(F=9.221,P<0.01)和心理健康总分(F=7.717,P<0.01)等方面差异具有统计学意义;高考学生的感恩与生活幸福、乐于学习、人际和谐和心理健康总分等方面呈显著正相关关系(P<0.01);感恩能够显著正向预测高考学生的心理健康状况(F=10.752,P<0.01)。结论感恩是影响高考学生心理健康的重要因素,我们应该尽早并及时地对高考学生开展感恩教育,进而提高高考学生的心理健康水平。
Objective To understand the relationship between gratitude and mental health in adaptive orientation among students of senior three.Methods A total of 225 students were assessed by Gratitude Scale(GQ-6) and Mental Health Scale for secondary School Students(MHS-SSS).Results The mental health status for students of senior three was at middle level.The differences in life well-being(F = 13.772,P < 0.01),study satisfaction(F = 6.245,P < 0.01),interpersonal harmony(F = 9.221,P < 0.01) and the total mental health scores(F = 7.717,P < 0.01) were statistically significant among different gratitude groups.The gratitude and life well-being,study satisfaction,interpersonal harmony and the total mental health scores were significantly positively correlated(P < 0.01).Gratitude could significantly predict mental health of students(F = 10.752,P < 0.01).Conclusion Gratitude is an important factor affecting mental health of students of senior three,so we should take students’ gratitude education to improve their mental health as earlyas possible.
