摘要
目的了解大、中学生对生物安全及传染病的知信行现状,为学校传染病预防工作提供参考。方法采用分层整群抽样方法,对安徽省部分城市的8所学校共1139名学生进行问卷调查。结果学生对生物安全的认识不够,仅41.7%的学生听说过生物安全。对甲流的关注度较高,89.5%的学生知道我国目前有甲流病人。对性传播疾病的知识较为匮乏,艾滋病传播途径的知晓率仅为15.5%。对传染病相关问题的正确态度和行为拥有率较低。结论学生对生物安全和传染病的认识还存在不足,有待进一步提高。学校可以根据大、中学生各自特点,制定具有针对性和可及性的持续的健康教育。
Objective To understand biosafety and knowledge,attitude and practice(KAP) of infectious disease among students,and provide reference for infectious disease prevention in school. Methods 1139 students from 8schools in Anhui Province were selected by stratified cluster sampling and a questionnaire survey was conducted. Results The knowledge level of biosafety among students was not enough,only 41. 7% of them had heard of biosafety. The attention on flu A / H1N1 was higher. 89. 5% of them knew that there were patients who had been infected with A / H1N1 flu virus in China at present. But most of them were lack of knowledge about sexually transmitted disease( STD) and the awareness rate of AIDS transmission route was only 15. 5%. Most were lack of right attitude and practice about the infectious disease. Conclusion The students ’ cognition of biosafety and infectious disease is inadequate, which needs to be further improved. Specific,accessible and sustained health programs should be carried out according to students’ characters.
