摘要
目的了解陕西省宝鸡市宝鸡文理学院大学生意外伤害情况,为开展干预措施提供依据。方法采用整群随机抽样法,随机抽取4个年级2129名学生进行问卷调查。结果总的意外伤害发生率为22.5%,男生为26.4%,女生为19.9%;一年级为48.1%,二年级为15.0%,三年级为11.9%,四年级为14.7%;理科为15.7%,文科为18.1%,音体美为33.1%,工科为24.4%,上述差异均具有统计学意义。前5位的意外伤害依次是跌倒(11.7%),其次是交通伤(11.3%)、打架(5.3%)、物体砸伤(4.7%)、自我伤害(3.0%),结论意外伤害在性别、年级、专业等方面具有显著关系。加大宣传,建立一体化的预防体系,开设安全教育课等提高学生自我保护意识。
Objective To analyze students' unintentional injuries situations of Baoji University of Arts and Sciences,and provide measures for prevention. Methods Using cluster random sampling,2129 students in all 4 grades were selected and a questionnaire survey was carried out. Results The percentage of unintentional injuries was 22. 5%,26. 4%in male while 19. 9% in female. For different grade,48. 1% was found in freshman,15. 0% in sophomore,11. 9% in junior,and 14. 7% in senior,respectively. The percentage in science department was 15. 7%,18. 1% in liberal arts,and33. 1% in specialized students( music,painting,physical education),engineering course was 24. 4%. Top 5 unintentional injuries reasons were tumble(11. 7%),traffic accidents(11. 3%),scuffle(5. 3%),objects crashing(4. 7%)and self-injury( 3. 0%). Conclusion Unintentional injuries are closely related with gender,grades,majors,and so on. Propaganda,integrative prevention system and safety education can improve awareness of students' self-protection.
