摘要
目的通过问卷调查了解北京市某三甲医院护士的心理健康状况和个性特征之间的关系,为提高整个护士群体的身心健康水平提供科学客观的数据与对策。方法对北京某三甲医院145例护士,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和艾森克个性问卷(EPQ),测量护士的个性特征和心理健康状况。结果回收有效问卷120份。被调查护士因子分中强迫(1.74±0.65)、抑郁(1.62±0.63)、焦虑(1.57±0.62)、敌对性(1.62±0.74)、恐怖(1.41±0.55)、精神病性(1.41±0.52)6项因子分上得分显著高于中国常模(P<0.05)。EPQ中E、P和L项目得分在护士组与国内常模间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),E项目(10.86±4.48)、P项目(5.59±2.80)得分高于中国常模群体,而N项目(11.66±5.70)、L项目(12.38±3.06)得分低于常模群体。护士EPQ中的神经质维度与SCL-90呈较高正相关。结论北京市某三甲医院护士的心理健康总体水平低于一般人群,应引起医院管理层的关注,护士自身也要加强对心理健康的关注与调节。
Objective To investigate the relationship between mental health and personality characteristics among nurses in a certain tertiary a hospital in Beijing,and provide evidence for improving the health level of nurses. Methods145 nurses in a tertiary a hospital were surveyed using the Symptom Checklist( SCL-90) and the Eysenck Personality Questionnaire( EPQ) to investigate their personality characteristics and mental health status. Results 120 valid questionnaires were collected. The results of SCL-90 questionnaire showed the scores of nurses were much higher than Chinese average( P< 0. 05) in coercion(1. 74 ± 0. 65),depression( 1. 62 ± 0. 63),anxiety( 1. 57 ± 0. 62),hostility( 1. 62 ± 0. 74),phobia(1. 41 ± 0. 55),and psychosis(1. 41 ± 0. 52). E,P and L project scores in EPQ had significant differences between the nurse group and the national average( P < 0. 01). E project( 10. 86 ± 4. 48) and P project( 5. 59 ± 2. 80)scores of the nurses were higher than the Chinese average,and N project( 11. 66 ± 5. 70),L project( 12. 38 ± 3. 06)scores of the nurses were lower than the average. The neuroticism of the nurses in EPQ was positively correlated with SCL-90. Conclusion The overall level of mental health among nurses is lower than the general population conclusion,which should be paid attention by hospital management and the nurses themselves.
