青年军人情绪调节方式与焦虑的相关研究

Analysis on relationship between emotion regulation types and anxiety among young army men

目的探讨青年军人情绪调节方式与焦虑情绪之间的关系,为青年军人情绪调控训练提供实证研究依据。方法整群抽样418名青年军人,采用军人情绪调节方式量表和焦虑自评量表进行调查。结果青年军人焦虑总均分为(40.77±9.49)分,青年军人情绪调节方式使用频率的均分为自我安慰(3.47±0.68)分、行为抑制(3.12±0.66)分、情感求助(3.11±0.77)分、认知重视(2.78±0.73)分。青年军人焦虑水平与认知重视呈正相关(r=0.379,P<0.01),而与自我安慰、情感求助呈负相关(r=-0.329,P<0.01;r=-0.156,P<0.01)。回归分析结果显示,青年军人情绪调节方式对焦虑具有一定的预测力,能够预测军人焦虑22.2%的变异量,且认知重视对焦虑具有促进作用,自我安慰对焦虑具有抑制作用。不同焦虑水平下青年军人认知重视(F=8.125,P<0.001)、自我安慰(F=9.761,P<0.001)使用频率具有显著差异。结论认知重视、自我安慰是青年军人焦虑的重要影响因素,军队心理工作者应重视对军人认知重视、自我安慰等调节方式的引导和教育,以更好地帮助基层官兵调适情绪、促进心理健康。

Objective To explore the correlation between emotion regulation types and anxiety among young soldiers. Methods A total of 418 young soldiers were sampled in clusters,and army men’s Emotion Regulation Types Questionnaire and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale were used. Results The mean score of anxiety was(40. 77 ± 9. 49). The application types of emotion regulation in soldiers were self-comfort(3. 47 ± 0. 68),behavior-restrain(3. 12 ± 0. 66),affectiveappeal(3. 11 ± 0. 77),cognitive-focus( 2. 78 ± 0. 73). The anxiety had positive correlation with cognitive-focus( r =0. 379,P < 0. 01),and had negative correlation with self-comfort( r =-0. 329,P < 0. 01),affective-appeal( r =-0. 156,P < 0. 01). Cognitive-focus and self-comfort were predictors of anxiety,which could explain 22. 2% of the total variance. The accelerative factor of anxiety was cognitive-focus,and the inhibitory factors of anxiety were self-comfort. As to anxiety levels,there were significant difference among cognitive-focus( F = 8. 125,P < 0. 001) and self-comfort( F =9. 761,P < 0. 001). Conclusion Cognitive-focus and self-comfort are important influencing factors of anxiety among young soldiers.
