深圳市青少年吸烟相关行为及影响因素分析

Smoking behavior and its relative factors among adolescents in Shenzhen

目的了解深圳市青少年吸烟相关行为现况及分析青少年尝试吸烟的影响因素。方法采用分阶段整群抽样方法在深圳市抽取32所中学的3120名学生进行问卷调查。结果 12.65%的学生表示曾经尝试吸烟,2.83%的学生现在吸烟;57.93%的学生第一次吸烟的年龄小于12岁;过去30 d吸烟天数少于10支的学生占60%,每天的吸烟量不超过1支的学生占42.04%。36.07%的学生通常和朋友在一起吸烟;表示1年内肯定不会吸烟者占92.7%,表示5年内肯定不会吸烟者占82.5%。多元Logistic回归分析结果显示,年龄较大(OR=1.155)、好朋友给烟吸(OR=2.911)、认为吸烟帮助社交(OR=1.270)、好朋友有人吸烟(OR=1.976)、过去1周家里有人吸烟(OR=1.224)为中小学生尝试吸烟行为发生的危险因素,女性(OR=0.506)、父母劝诫不吸烟(OR=0.479)、自己觉得戒烟困难(OR=0.771)为尝试吸烟行为发生的保护因素。结论深圳市青少年吸烟行为不太严重,应有针对性的开展预防教育和干预工作以进一步减少青少年吸烟行为。

Objective To examine smoking behavior and to explore the psychosocial factors associated with attempting to smoke among adolescents in Shenzhen. Methods Totally 3120 students from 32 middle school in Shenzhen were randomly selected by multi-stage cluster sampleing method for questionnaire survey. Results The reported rate of attempting to smoke was 12. 65% and the current smoking rate was 2. 83%. For the students with an attempt to smoke,57. 93% had the first smoking before the age of 12 years. Students who had ever smoked for about less than 10 branches in the past month accounted for 60%,while who smoked less than 1 cigarette a day accounts for 42. 04%. Among the middle school with smoking behavior,36. 07% usually smoke with their friends. 92. 7% of students think that they won’t smoke in 1 year,and82. 5% in 5 years. Multivariate logistic regression analyses showed that the risk factors of attempting to smoke were old age( OR = 1. 155),friends gave smoke( OR = 2. 911),thought smoke can help social intercourse( OR = 1. 270),friends smoke( OR = 1. 976),family members smoked in past 1 week( OR = 1. 224); the protective factors for attempt to smoke were female gender( OR = 0. 506),parents told not to smoke( OR = 0. 479),students themselves feel that quit smoke is hard( OR = 0. 771). Conclusion The smoking behavior among adolescents in Shenzhen was not so serious and prevalent but still could adopt some specific intervention to make a progress.
