海南大学生网络成瘾现况及影响因素分析

Analysis of college students' internet addiction status and its influencing factors in Hainan Province

目的调查海南省大学生网络成瘾现况及其影响因素,从而为海南省大学生网络成瘾进行预防、干预和治疗提供理论参考依据。方法采用网络成瘾量表(IAII)、国际通用的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数自评量表(PSQI)、症状自评量表来对海南省2550名大学生的网络成瘾状况进行问卷调查。结果被调查的2341名学生中有781名大学生为网络成瘾,有1560名大学生非网络成瘾,网络成瘾率为33.4%,男女间、不同学校间、不同年级间大学生网络成瘾分级差异均有统计学意义(Z=-3.784,P<0.01;H=21.165,P<0.01;H=8.223,P=0.042),按睡眠质量分组,2组间网络成瘾率差异有统计学意义(χ2=79.177,P<0.01)。广义线性模型分析结果显示,影响网络成瘾的因素有学校、性别、SCL-90量表总分、PSQI总分。结论海南省大学生网络成瘾发生率较高,影响因素有学校、性别、SCL-90量表总分、PSQI总分。

Objective To investigate college students internet addiction status and its influencing factors in Hainan Province,and provide theoretical reference for prevention,intervention and treatment for internet addiction. Methods Using internet addiction scale( IAII),Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale( PSQI),symptom checklist,a questionnaire survey on internet addiction was carried out among 2550 college students in Hainan Province. Results Among 2341 students,781 were internet addiction,1560 college students were not internet addiction,the incidence of internet addiction was 33. 4%. The differences of internet addiction status among different gender,different schools,different grades were statistically significant( Z =- 3. 784,P < 0. 01; H = 21. 165,P < 0. 01; H = 8. 223,P = 0. 042). According to the sleep quality group,the difference of internet addiction rate was statistically significant( χ2= 79. 177,P < 0. 01). Based on generalized linear model analysis,school,gender,SCL-90 scores,PSQI scores were influencing factors of internet addiction.Conclusion The incidence of internet addiction was high among college students in Hainan Province. Influence factors were school,gender,SCL-90 scale score,and PSQI scores.
