摘要
目的了解安徽省大学生关于艾滋病的知信行情况及影响因素,评估不同宣传方式的干预效果。方法采取分层整群抽样方法抽取安徽省10所高校共计1178名学生,进行艾滋病知信行调查并分析影响因素,再根据答题情况分组分别给予一般健康教育、交互式健康教育,统计分析后比较效果。结果安徽省大学生整体上对艾滋病的了解不够全面,总体得分(70.54±10.91)分,部分问题知晓率低于60%。经Logistic回归分析,影响大学生艾滋病知识知晓率的因素主要是年级(OR=2.455, 95%CI:1.894~3.739, P=0.031)和专业(OR=0.084, 95%CI:0.025~0.283, P<0. 001)。2类宣传方式干预前后大学生的艾滋病相关知识、态度情况差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中交互式健康教育的效果要明显优于一般健康教育(P<0.05)。结论在大学生群体中开展艾滋病宣传教育十分必要,并且应根据教育对象的异质性选取适宜的方式,交互式健康教育的方式值得大力推倡。
Objective To understand AIDS knowledge, attitude and behaviors(KAB) among college students in Anhui Province, explore its risk factors and evaluate the effect of different communication methods. Methods By using stratified cluster sampling, 1178 students from 10 universities in Anhui Province were selected.We did an investigation about AIDS KAB, then divided the participants into different groups according to their answers. One group received general health education, the other received interactive health education. The effects of different ways were compared Results The overall understanding of AIDS among college students in Anhui Province was not comprehensive, the average score was(70. 54 ± 10.91), and the awareness of part of problems were less than 60%. By using logistic regression analysis, the risk factors of AIDS KAB were grade(OR=2.455, 95% CI: 1.894-3.739, P=0.031) and major(OR=0.084, 95%CI:0.025-0.283, P< 0.001). After the application of two methods, there were both statistical differences in AIDS KAB of college students( P < 0. 05), and the effect of interactive health education was significantly better than that of general health education(P < 0. 05). Conclusion It is necessary to carry out AIDS education among university students, and we should choose the appropriate way according to the heterogeneity of educated students, the way of interactive health education is worth advocating.
