摘要
目的基于WHO健康素养概念框架,构建针对青少年本人及其看护人的7~14岁年龄段性生殖健康素养评价指标体系,为评价工具开发及相关健康促进实践提供理论依据。方法通过资料回顾、文献评阅及专家小组讨论拟定指标体系框架和条目池,编制咨询表并选择20名多领域专家,经两轮德尔菲专家咨询对评价指标进行完善并计算权重。结果两轮咨询的专家权威系数分别为0.776和0.795,回表率均达100%,变异系数范围为0.069~0.173和0.003~0.089,协调系数W由0.174 (P <0.001)上升至0.328 (P<0.001),专家意见一致可信。经完善,最终形成含"生殖健康决定因素"、"疾病和问题危险因素"、"卫生服务利用" 3个一级指标,体现信息获取、理解、评价和应用4种能力的12个二级指标,以及体现7~14岁年龄段性生殖健康评价关键内容的41个三级指标的指标体系。结论本研究建立了针对青少年本人及其看护人的7~14岁年龄段性生殖健康素养评价指标体系,可用于指导相关素养评价工具和干预材料的开发。
Objective To establish the sexual reproductive health literacy evaluation index system for 7-14 adolescent and their parents grounded on the WHO conceptual framework of health literacy. Methods Based on literature review and expert discussion, evaluation frame and indicators pool was firstly set up. Two-round Delphi process was then conducted among 20 multidisciplinary specialists. Results The authority coefficients were 0. 776 and 0. 795, respectively, for the two rounds of Delphi consultation, with the response rates were both 100%. The CV range for each index were 0. 069-0. 173 and 0. 003-0. 089, and the Kendall’ W for third-grade indices were 0. 174 and 0. 328, respectively(P<0.001).The final evaluation system was composed by 41 indices involving areas of reproductive health determinants, disease and risk factors, utilization of health care, and reflecting abilities of health information accessing, understanding, appraising and applying. Conclusion The established index system has relatively good reliability, and could be used to guide the further development of assessment tools and relative intervention packages.
