摘要
随着全球人口的增长,消费者对动物产品的需求不断增加,同时对食品的安全性、环境影响以及动物福利方面的要求越来越高,世界面临着"如何让90亿人吃饱吃好"的巨大挑战。资源限制、环境保护、疾病风险、动物福利、食品安全、消费者关注等众多问题急需应对,家禽从业者应着力培育适合中国市场的品种,推广标准化规模养殖技术以及建设环保与生物安全体系,为家禽产业的高效、安全生产保驾护航,同时深度融合食品工业与餐饮业,让家禽养殖业更加主动地对接市场。
As the global population grows, the demand for animal products continues to increase, and consumer concerns are increasing about food safety, environmental impact and animal welfare. The world is facing the great challenge 'how to make 9 billion people eat well'. Such as resource constraints, environmental protection, disease risk, animal welfare, food safety, consumer concerns and many other issues are urgently needed to be resolved. The technical workers of Chinese poultry industry should cultivate breed suitable for the needs of Chinese market, promote standardization and large-scale farming, establish an environment-friendly farming company and build an environmental protection and biosafety system which could ensure efficient and safe production of Chinese poultry industry. At the same time,the poultry industry should integrate the food industry and the service industry, allow the poultry breeding industry to more actively connect to the market.
