摘要
试验通过在饲粮中添加不同水平的辣木黄酮,研究其对1~28日龄蛋雏鸭生长、免疫及抗氧化功能的影响,以探讨辣木黄酮的适宜添加量。试验选取健康、体重相近的1日龄三穗蛋雏鸭135只,随机分为3组(Ⅰ~Ⅲ组),每组3个重复,每个重复15只试验鸭。采用基础饲粮加辣木黄酮进行饲喂,Ⅰ组(对照组)试鸭饲喂基础饲粮,Ⅱ、Ⅲ组试鸭分别饲喂在基础饲粮中添加0.2%、0.4%辣木黄酮的试验饲粮,试验期4周。结果显示:饲粮添加0.4%辣木黄酮可显著降低三穗鸭蛋雏鸭料重比(F/G)、提高蛋雏鸭血清免疫蛋白A(IgA)含量(P<0.05),降低血清丙二醛(MDA)含量(P<0.05)。结果表明:在基础饲粮中添加适量的辣木黄酮可提高1~28日龄蛋雏鸭的饲料利用率、免疫及抗氧化功能,对辣木黄酮在蛋雏鸭的应用上提供了参考依据。
In this experiment, the effects of different levels of Moringa flavonoids on the immunity and antioxidant function of ducklings from 1 to 28 days of age were studied to explore the suitable addition amount of Moringa flavonoids.A total of 135 one-day-age three-legged ducklings with similar health and weight were selected and randomly divided into3 groups(group Ⅰ to Ⅲ), with 3 replicates in each group and 15 ducks in each replicate. The basal diet was added with sage flavonoids, the group Ⅰ(control group)was fed with basal diet, and the group Ⅱ and Ⅲ ducks were fed with 0.2% and 0.4% scutellaria in the basal diet. The test was lasted for 4 weeks. The results showed that the addition of 0.4% Moringa flavonoids in the diet significantly reduced the feed-gain(F/G), increased serum IgA of the ducklings A, IgA(P<0.05)and decreased serum malondialdehyde content(P<0.05). The results indicated that adding appropriate amount of Moringa flavonoids in the basic diet could improve the feed utilization,immunity and antioxidant function of the ducklings from 1 to 28 days of age, and provide a powerful reference for the application of the sage.
