摘要
试验旨在研究不同粗蛋白水平饲粮对1~42日龄"茶花鸡2号"体尺性状和器官组织生长状况的影响。采用单因素试验设计,将1日龄健康、质量相近的"茶花鸡2号"180只(公母各半),随机分为5个处理组,每个处理3个重复,每个重复12只鸡,分别饲喂5种不同粗蛋白水平饲粮:17.0%、18.5%、20.0%、21.5%和23.0%。结果表明:不同粗蛋白水平饲粮对"茶花鸡2号"公鸡体尺性状和屠宰性能有显著影响(P<0.05),对器官指数无显著影响,组5"茶花鸡2号"公鸡体重、胫长、胫围、主翼羽数、龙骨长、屠宰率、半净膛率、全净膛率、胸肌率、腿肌率明显高于其他组别;不同粗蛋白水平饲粮对"茶花鸡2号"母鸡体尺性状和器官指数有显著影响(P<0.05),对屠宰性能无显著影响,其中组1"茶花鸡2号"母鸡脾脏指数明显高于其他组别,组5"茶花鸡2号"母鸡体重、胸深、胸宽、胫围、龙骨长,胆指数明显高于其他组别。综上所述:不同粗蛋白水平饲粮对1~42日龄"茶花鸡2号"的体尺性状、羽毛生长和组织器官生长有显著影响(P<0.05),其中组5"茶花鸡2号"生长发育状况总体优于其他组别。
The purpose of this experiment was to investigate the effects of diet with different crude protein levels on the body size characteristics and organ and tissue growth of'Camellia No.2'chickens aged 1 to 42 days.Using a single-factor design,180'Camellia chickens No.2'(half male and half female)with similar health and quality at the age of1 day were randomly divided into 5 treatment groups,with 3 replicates each group and 12 replicates for each treatment.5 diets with different crude protein levels were fed respectively:17.0%,18.5%,20.0%,21.5%and 23.0%.The results showed that the different crude protein levels fodder had significant effect on body measurements traits(P<0.05)and slaughter performance but had no significant effect on organ index,'Camellia chicken No.2'rooster weight,shank length,shank circumference,the number of the main wing,the long keel,slaughter rate,half eviscerated ratio,eviscerated rate,rate of chest muscle,leg muscle rate of group 5 weres significantly higher than that of other groups;Different crude protein level fodder had significant effects on measurements traits(P<0.05)and organs index but there was no significant influence on slaughter performance,spleen of group one hens was obviously higher than other groups,body weight,chest deep,chest width,long shank circumference,keel,bile index of group 5 hens were significantly higher than other groups.To sum up,diet with different crude protein levels had significant effects on body size,feather growth and tissue and organ growth of'Camellia chicken No.2'(1 to 42 days of age)(P<0.05),and the growth and development status of'Camellia chicken No.2'(5 groups)was generally better than that of other groups.
