乌蒙凤鸡与威宁鸡骨骼系统比较研究

Comparative Study on Skeletal System of Wumeng Crested Chicken and Weining Chicken

为研究乌蒙凤鸡骨骼系统与其生活习性相适应的特征,为乌蒙凤鸡的遗传资源鉴定提供骨骼理论依据,采集乌蒙凤鸡和威宁鸡公、母各一只对其外形进行观察和测量,将骨骼制成散片骨骼标本进行详细的描述。结果显示:两个鸡种的骨骼愈合程度有明显差异;乌蒙凤鸡头骨颧骨后端只达鳞骨颧突,威宁鸡骨颧骨后端超过鳞骨颧突延伸到后方;乌蒙凤鸡第15个颈椎上无细长的颈椎肋,威宁鸡第15个颈椎上有细长的颈椎肋,无颈椎肋骨可能增大颈的扭转范围,使之活动更灵活;乌蒙凤鸡尾综骨愈合成一块片状三棱形,威宁鸡尾综骨愈合成一块片状三棱形且背面有突起。表明乌蒙凤鸡骨骼系统的愈合程度相对于威宁鸡来说较高。

The skeletal systems of two species including Wumeng Crested chicken and Weining chicken were compared and analyzed by morphological characteristics.The results showed that healing rate of skeletal system of Wumeng Crested chicken was significantly higher than Weining chicken.Weining chicken′s posterior end of zygomatic bone was significantly extended than Wumeng Crested chicken and beyond the zygomatic process.Compared with Wumeng Crested chicken,Weining chicken had a slender cervical rib on the 15 th cervical vertebra,which limited the rotation angle of the neck.Two varieties pygostyles healed with a triangle and Weining chicken′s pygostyles raised obviously than that Wumeng Crested chicken.
