摘要
J亚群禽白血病病毒是一种高致癌性逆转录病毒,可引发鸡白血病及各种肿瘤性疾病。由于其传播方式的复杂性以及逆转录病毒的特征,目前尚未研制出有效的疫苗来解决J亚群禽白血病病毒给家禽养殖业带来的巨大经济损失。miRNA是一种小的内源性非编码RNA,在调节包括肿瘤发生在内的各种生物过程中发挥着重要作用,据推测,其最终可能有助于肿瘤癌细胞的诊断和治疗。近年来,一些研究已经证明许多细胞miRNA在肿瘤的发展和进展中发挥关键的致癌和肿瘤抑制作用。然而,关于miRNA在由J亚群禽白血病病毒诱导的肿瘤形成的潜在作用却鲜有报道。文章结合禽白血病的致病机制、传播方式,以及miRNA在肿瘤性疾病上的差异表达,对miRNA在J亚群禽白血病上的研究进展进行总结。
J subgroup avian leukosis virus is a kind of highly carcinogenic retrovirus that can cause serious diseases in chickens,such as chicken leukemia and various neoplastic diseases.Due to the complexity of its mode of transmission and the characteristics of retroviruses,no effective vaccine has been developed to solve the huge economic losses brought by subgroup J avian leukosis virus to the poultry breeding industry.miRNA is a small endogenous non-coding RNA that plays an important role in the regulation of various biological processes including tumorigenesis.It is speculated that it may ultimately contribute to the diagnosis and treatment of tumor cancer cells.Recently,several reports have demonstrated that many cellular miRNAs play key carcinogenic and tumor suppressive roles in tumor development and progression.However,little is known about the potential role of miRNAs in tumor formation induced by subgroup J avian leukosis virus.This review summarizes the research progress of miRNAs in subgroup J avian leukemia by combining the pathogenesis of avian leukemia,the mode of transmission,and the differential expression of miRNAs in neoplastic diseases.
