摘要
尼新塔格铁矿矿石以磁铁矿为主,由于磁铁矿嵌布粒度微细,磁铁矿单体解离度很低。通过对原矿石嵌布粒度、选矿工艺等进行深入研究,采用多阶段磨矿、弱磁选加反浮选、连选等综合选矿工艺,选出精矿达到全铁品位63%以上、产率30.84%、回收率74.97%的较好指标,故选择弱磁选—反浮选工艺合理有效,并具有较大的现实意义。
The ore of Nixintage Iron Ore is mainly made up of magnetite ,because of the fine disseminated magnetite grain size ,the magnetite monomer dissociation degree is very low .Through the in-depth study on original ore disseminated extent and mineral processing ,etc ,adopting integrated mineral processing technology of multi-stage grinding ,weak magnetic separation and reverse flotation ,continuous separation ,etc ,the selected ore concentrate can achieve a good index of the total iron grade rate above 63% , the yield of 30 .84% and the recovery rate of 74 .97% ,so the choice of weak magnetic separation and reverseflotation combined technology is reasonable and effective ,and it has great practical significance .
