尾矿库安全实测性态综合评价方法研究初探

Comprehensive evaluation method study on monitoring behavior of tailings pond

本文借鉴大坝结构实测性态综合评价相关理论研究,结合尾矿库安全监测实施现状,构建了尾矿库实测性态综合评价体系,对尾矿库实测性态综合评价方法进行研究,主要包括五个方面的研究内容:综合评价指标的设置、评价集的确定、评价指标权重集的确定、评价指标的度量方法和综合评价的途径。以某尾矿库为工程实例,结合实测数据验证了该方法的可行性和实用性。该方法为尾矿库安全实测性态综合评价提供了新的方法和思路,对尾矿库安全管理具有一定的指导意义。

Utilizing comprehensive evaluation related theory of water reservoir dams and according to the implementation of tailings pond monitoring ,monitoring behavior comprehensive evaluation system of tailings pond was structured in this paper .Comprehensive evaluation of the safety behavior of tailings pond was studied .Five aspects were included in the evaluation system ,which were comprehensive evaluation index setting ,the determination of the weights of evaluation index ,the measurement of evaluation index and comprehensive evaluation method .Taking a certain tailings pond for example ,it was shown with measured data that this method was reliable and practical .This method supplied new solutions to safety behavior evaluation of tailings pond ,which was of important directive significance to the safety management of tailings pond .
