关于我国与中亚国家矿产资源合作的思考

Think about our country mineral resources cooperation with central Asian countries

中亚地区因其丰富的能源和矿产资源,被称为"21世纪的战略能源和资源基地,"尤其是在2013年9月,习主席提出"丝绸之路经济带"的伟大战略构想后,我国各矿业企业对与中亚国家矿产资源合作积极性高涨,但这与我国矿业企业来说,是机遇,但也存在风险,本文首先概括我国在中亚国家矿产资源领域投资现状,其次分析我国与中亚国家在矿产资源合作中面临的机遇与挑战,最后提出了相关的风险防范的措施建议。

The central Asia region because of its abundant energy and mineral resources,known as'strategic energy and resource base in the 21 st century,'especially in September 2013,'economic belt of silk road'the chairman xi of the great strategic vision,after the various mining companies to mineral resources cooperation with central Asian countries' enthusiasm high,to mining companies in China,is an opportunity,but there are risks.This paper summarized the present situation of investment in the field of mineral resources of central Asia,followed by analysis of mineral resources in China and central Asian countries facing the opportunities and challenges in the cooperation,at last,it puts forward the related risk prevention measures.
