国外职业地质师职业继续教育概述

职业资格是各个行业保障生命、健康、安全和公共利益的有效制度,而地勘行业又是一个高投入、高风险、长周期的产业,更需要行业诚信。职业地质师的专业资格直接影响着这一行业的诚信体系,职业继续教育是职业资格认证的必备条件之一,其贯穿于职业地质师的整个执业生涯,对保持和提升职业地质师的专业知识、职业技能和职业道德水平都具有积极的意义。基于此,本文对国外主要国家或地区职业地质师职业继续教育体系进行了比较系统和全面的研究,该体系主要包括职业继续教育目的、内容、方式、时间、收费、考评、跟踪记录、互惠与豁免等。通过对国外职业地质师职业继续教育的分析研究以求对我国地质行业持续、健康发展有所启示。

Professional qualification is an effective system of each industry to protect life,health,security and public interests.But continuing education is an important factor of professional qualification.Geological exploration industry is a high investment,high risk,long cycle industries that need more industry integrity.Based on these factors,the paper describes that foreign continuing education system of professional geologists are continuing education objective,content,charging standard,supervision and management.Learning from the experience of other countries,the author hopes to geological industry of China to promote the sustained,healthy development.
